THE RUNDOWN
What's this all about?

Leaf Supply is an indoor plant + pot delivery service based in Sydney.

Each month we hand-select three plants and match them with three pots: a calico wrap, standard pot and handmade ceramic planter.

We deliver to most Sydney suburbs within roughly 15km of the CBD.

In addition to our Sydney plant offering we have a range of botanical wares that ship Australia wide.

PLANT ORDERS
When will I receive my plant?
We deliver Monday to Friday and offer same day delivery for orders placed before  by 11am. We do not deliver on public holidays.
What if I need to change my order?
 We’ll always do our best to accommodate any changes. The fastest way to get in touch is to email hello@leaf-supply.com and we’ll try to catch your plant before it’s out the door.
What is the status of my order?
 Once you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email. On your chosen delivery day we’ll text you a link to track delivery once the courier has been booked. You can use this link to check when it has been successfully delivered.
Can I order for a date in the future?
We make it easy to plan for your friends birthdays ahead of time, by being able to select a date six weeks in advance. Simply select the date you would like to send the plant at checkout, and we'll look after the rest.
Does someone need to be home to accept the plant?
We do not offer re-delivery, so a safe place to leave the plant must be specified if no one is available to accept the delivery.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Where do you ship to?
Our full list of suburbs can be found here. If your suburb isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll quote a price to get your plant out to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by our third party courier company and is based on distance. You can check the suburb pricing list here If your suburb is not listed please get in touch and if possible, we’ll let you know how much it will be to get your plant out to you.

BOTANICAL WARES SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
Our botanical wares ship Australia-wide (except for seeds or soil which can not be shipped to WA or TAS). Items will be delivered via Australia Post or courier and tracking info will be provided once the items have shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $15 and will take 7-10 days. If you require something in a hurry please get in touch and we will work out a way to get your products to you sooner.

PLANT CARE
Why does my plant look different to the one on the site?
That’s the nature of nature! Although we do our best to buy similarly looking and shaped plants, they cannot all be identical to the one photographed, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
How do I care for my plant?
We email the recipient with a link to plant care instructions at 7pm on the day of delivery. You can check out our plant care page here.

I'm planning an event, can Leaf Supply provide plants?
 Leaf Supply styles many events including product launches, weddings, office functions and more. Email hello@leaf-supply.com with your requirements to receive a quote.
Does Leaf Supply work with PR agencies on brand activations and gifting?
Leaf Supply works with PR agencies to make sure that brand experiences are unforgettable. Leaf Supply can provide plants for invitation send outs, gift bags, Christmas client gifting, or follow up handwritten notes with plants that will last longer than traditional flowers.
I'm ordering for my whole team, do you offer discounts?
 Leaf Supply works with various organisations to look after their team members. Discounts are available based on commitment.
Do you run workshops?
 Leaf Supply green thumbs Sophia Kaplan and Lauren Camilleri are available to run workshops for corporates, baby showers etc. Take home plants included!
